In partnership with Tribe Development Co., TWC is working toward the future transformation of the property into a new boutique hotel called The Buxton.

Tribe, a Colorado-based development company with hospitality and design at its core, brings a thoughtful and personal vision to this project. The Buxton will reflect a deep sense of welcome and belonging, shaped by the story of Tribe’s founder and their commitment to creating places that feel personal, rooted, and intentional.
Though details are still taking shape, the Buxton will introduce a boutique concept with character, style, and a strong connection to the Fort Collins community. Construction is scheduled to begin in August 2025, with completion expected in spring 2026.

TWC Management is proud to announce that we’ve taken over property management for the Best Western University Inn in Fort Collins, Colorado. This hotel has served the Fort Collins community for years, offering visitors a comfortable and convenient stay near Colorado State University and the heart of Old Town. Now, we’re looking ahead.

We’re in the early stages of this partnership, and there’s much more to come. TWC is working closely with Tribe Development Co. to support the vision, operations, and future guest experience for the Buxton.
